Swatch seeks a Retail Associate to join its Toronto team. Deliver exceptional customer service and embody the brand's creative spirit.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver superior customer service and sales expertise to retail clientele
- Maintain product knowledge across the Swatch collection and related categories
- Achieve sales targets while cultivating lasting customer relationships
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained throughout the store
- Support inventory management and store operations as required
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales or customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Passion for watches, design, or fashion is advantageous
