Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead quality improvement projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with Swatch's manufacturing excellence standards
  • Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and procedures across production and supply chain operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and procurement to identify and resolve quality issues
  • Monitor product performance metrics and conduct root cause analysis on non-conformances
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Prepare comprehensive quality reports and present findings to senior management

Qualifications

  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent preferred)
  • Proven expertise in quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or automotive/watch industry standards)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with advanced knowledge of statistical process control
  • Experience in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German (or French); additional languages an asset

Experience
