Role & Responsibilities
- Lead quality improvement projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with Swatch's manufacturing excellence standards
- Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and procedures across production and supply chain operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and procurement to identify and resolve quality issues
- Monitor product performance metrics and conduct root cause analysis on non-conformances
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Prepare comprehensive quality reports and present findings to senior management
Qualifications
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent preferred)
- Proven expertise in quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or automotive/watch industry standards)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with advanced knowledge of statistical process control
- Experience in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent communication skills in English and German (or French); additional languages an asset

Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance, quality engineering, or project management within manufacturing, watchmaking, or precision engineering environments; demonstrated success in leading large-scale quality improvement projects.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related discipline; advanced certifications in project management or quality systems are highly valued.
