  • Serve as the first point of contact for media enquiries in the Swiss market and coordinate interview requests, product loans and all press activities.
  • Identify storytelling opportunities and secure earned media around product launches, collaborations, events and brand initiatives.
  • Manage influencer partnerships from selection and briefing through execution and performance evaluation.
  • Create, adapt and coordinate engaging content for local social media channels in line with global brand guidelines.
  • Plan and deliver media events and influencer activations.
  • Monitor media, consumer and social media trends and turn insights into communications opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, external business partners and international teams to ensure consistent, effective communications.

  • 3–5 years of experience in PR or external communications, ideally at an agency and/or for consumer brands.
  • Demonstrated experience developing stories and securing their placement in relevant leading media outlets.
  • An excellent network across the Swiss media and influencer landscape, with enthusiasm for trends, storytelling and brand building.
  • A strong networking mindset and a passion for authentic relationships with journalists, influencers and industry partners; confidently represent the brand online and offline.
  • Comfort working in a highly dynamic environment with multiple projects and short deadlines.
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously, coordinate with varied internal and external contacts, and flexibly reset priorities when needed while keeping timelines, quality and budget in view and progressing projects pragmatically.
