Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain project documentation, status reports and KPI dashboards; prepare progress updates for senior management.
  • Support budget tracking, change-control processes and supplier performance evaluations.
  • Drive continuous-improvement initiatives to streamline project workflows and reduce time-to-market.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, industrial management or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven organisational skills with a methodical approach to planning, follow-up and documentation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and to work across technical and commercial teams.
  • Professional working proficiency in English; knowledge of Spanish is advantageous.

Experience

Typically 3+ years of project coordination or project support experience, preferably within manufacturing, product development or the watch/luxury goods sector. Experience working with cross-functional teams and external suppliers is expected.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, industrial engineering or equivalent experience.
