Swatch is hiring a Pop‑up Store Manager in Platja d'en Bossa (Ibiza) to run the seasonal retail site and lead a compact sales team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all day‑to‑day operations of the Ibiza pop‑up, ensuring exceptional customer experience and adherence to Swatch brand standards.
- Recruit, coach and schedule a compact retail team; cultivate a high‑performance sales culture and deliver staffing efficiency for a seasonal site.
- Drive sales and achieve KPIs through proactive client engagement, visual merchandising and promotional execution tailored to the pop‑up format.
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, shrinkage prevention and accurate cash/POS reconciliation.
- Implement visual merchandising directives and adapt displays to maximise conversion in a temporary retail environment.
- Coordinate logistics and communications with regional operations, including store opening/closure, deliveries and reporting.
- Prepare concise daily and weekly performance reports; maintain compliance with brand procedures, health & safety and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership in retail operations, with the ability to run a compact, high‑tempo store autonomously.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing inventory in a consumer retail environment.
- Strong organisational skills with experience in staff scheduling, training and performance management.
- Excellent guest service orientation and the capacity to represent a global brand to an international clientele.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours typical of seasonal leisure destinations, including weekends and evenings.
Skills
Experience
Typically 3+ years of progressive retail experience with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or management capacity; prior experience in watches, accessories or premium lifestyle retail is highly advantageous.
Education
Secondary education required; diploma or degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
