Swatch seeks a Pop-up Store Manager in Ibiza to lead seasonal retail operations and sales for a boutique activation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations of the seasonal pop-up boutique, ensuring flawless execution of opening, closing and cash-handling procedures.
- Drive sales performance and client acquisition by coaching the team in luxury clienteling, upselling and personalised service.
- Recruit, train and schedule sales associates, fostering a high-performance retail culture and maintaining brand service standards.
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, returns and loss-prevention measures to protect margin and availability.
- Implement visual merchandising and in-store presentation aligned with Swatch brand guidelines for a compelling customer experience.
- Coordinate logistics and operational setup for the pop-up (fixtures, signage, deliveries, permits and on-site troubleshooting).
- Monitor KPIs and prepare concise sales and operations reports for regional management; act on performance insights to optimise results.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies and health & safety requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in retail management, preferably within watches, jewellery or premium consumer goods.
- Demonstrable track record meeting sales targets and managing a small retail team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in inventory management, cash control and basic P&L awareness.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to train, motivate and develop sales staff to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, weekends and peak seasonal periods; legal right to work in Spain.

Experience
Minimum three years of progressive retail experience with at least one year in a supervisory or store manager role; prior exposure to watches, jewellery or luxury accessories is strongly preferred.
Education
Secondary education required; diploma or degree in business, retail management or a related discipline is advantageous.
