Swatch is hiring a Part-Time Sales Associate in Bondi Junction, Sydney. Join the retail team delivering expert watch sales and client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, client-centric service to prospective and returning customers, converting visits into sales while cultivating long-term relationships.
- Maintain thorough product knowledge across the Swatch range (including special collaborations and limited editions) to advise clients confidently on features and fit.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, cross-selling and clienteling activities.
- Support visual merchandising standards: implement window and in-store displays, ensure presentation aligns with brand guidelines and seasonal directives.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, process transactions, refunds and exchanges, and assist with cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation.
- Assist with stock management including receiving deliveries, conducting regular stocktakes, replenishing the sales floor and reporting discrepancies.
- Contribute to store opening/closing procedures and ensure the retail environment is secure, clean and compliant with health & safety policies.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or client-facing sales experience, preferably in watches, jewellery, accessories or fashion.
- Right to work in Australia and availability to work flexible shifts including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
- Polished personal presentation and strong interpersonal skills appropriate to a premium retail environment.
- Numerical accuracy, attention to detail and reliability in cash handling and transactional duties.
- Enthusiasm for watches, design and brand storytelling; ability to learn and communicate product provenance and collaboration narratives.

Experience
Typically 1+ year of retail or hospitality experience with demonstrable sales results; prior experience in watch, jewellery or fashion retail is advantageous.
Education
High school certificate or equivalent; tertiary studies in retail, business or fashion are advantageous but not required.
