Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, client-focused service on Collins Street by greeting customers, assessing needs, and recommending relevant Swatch products and accessories.
- Act as a brand ambassador: communicate Swatch’s design story, product features and recent collaborations clearly and enthusiastically.
- Drive sales through consultative selling, effective follow-up and clienteling to build repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Operate the point-of-sale system including cash handling, card transactions, returns and daily reconciliation according to company procedure.
- Support visual merchandising and window standards to maintain an on‑brand, commercially compelling boutique presentation.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment and receiving shipments; participate in periodic stocktakes.
- Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and maintain operational standards.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver high‑calibre customer service in a retail environment; luxury or watch/jewellery experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional demeanour.
- Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required for part‑time scheduling.
- Reliable numeracy and experience handling transactions securely.
- Legal right to work in Australia.

Experience
Previous retail sales experience is required; at least 1 year in a client-facing role is preferred. Prior experience with watches, jewellery or luxury accessories is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary study in retail, hospitality or fashion is desirable but not essential.
