Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary in-store customer service: greet customers, assess needs, demonstrate product features and close sales to meet store KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date product knowledge across watch collections and related accessories to advise clients authoritatively.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions accurately, handle cash and card payments and manage refunds/exchanges in line with policy.
  • Build client relationships through proactive clienteling and after-sales support, including registering warranties and managing basic servicing enquiries.
  • Support visual merchandising standards: maintain display integrity, execute floor moves and ensure the sales area is tidy and brand-compliant.
  • Receive, unpack and stock merchandise; perform stock counts, assist with inventory controls and report discrepancies.
  • Adhere to loss-prevention procedures, company policies and health & safety standards while contributing positively to the store team.

Qualifications

  • Availability to work a 20-hour weekly schedule including weekends and peak retail periods; flexible shift pattern.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Strong customer-service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly and professionally.
  • Confident numeracy and attention to detail for transaction handling and stock management.
  • Presentable, punctual and able to represent a premium retail brand to diverse clientele.

Experience
