Swatch Part-Time Keyholder position in Troy, MI. Lead store operations and support retail team in a dynamic watch retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage store opening and closing procedures, including security protocols and cash handling
- Supervise and support retail staff during assigned shifts, ensuring excellent customer service standards
- Monitor inventory levels and merchandise presentation throughout the store
