Swatch is hiring a Part-Time Keyholder at Intl. Plaza & Bay Street, Tampa. Join Swatch to lead shifts, deliver client service and oversee store opening/closing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assume opening and closing responsibilities, including safe and key control, secure cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation.
- Lead the sales floor in the manager's absence: coach staff, allocate tasks and maintain service standards to maximize conversion and average transaction value.
- Deliver exemplary client service by building relationships, advising on product features and driving clienteling initiatives to cultivate repeat business.
- Execute merchandising and product presentation to brand guidelines, maintain stockroom organization and assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Uphold loss-prevention procedures, store safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies during all shifts.
Qualifications
- Authorization to work in the United States and willingness to undergo pre-employment background screening as required.
- Proven reliability and integrity with experience in cash handling and key/safe responsibility.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to supervise and motivate a small retail team during assigned shifts.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience
Typically 1+ year of retail experience, preferably with prior responsibilities for opening/closing or supervisory duties; experience in watches, jewelry or luxury accessories is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; retail or sales training is an asset.

The successful candidate will be located in Tampa, Florida, USA.
