Role & Responsibilities
- Perform store opening and closing procedures, ensuring security and adherence to cash‑handling protocols.
- Supervise the sales floor in the absence of the Store Manager; coach and motivate sales staff to achieve KPIs.
- Deliver bespoke client service and clienteling appropriate to premium watch retail, cultivating long‑term relationships.
- Execute visual merchandising and maintain boutique standards consistent with brand guidelines.
- Process transactions, manage cash reconciliation and operate POS systems accurately.
- Receive, process and reconcile incoming stock; support inventory audits and loss‑prevention measures.

Qualifications
- Proven retail experience with previous keyholder or supervisory responsibility in a luxury or premium environment.

- Strong verbal communication, discretion handling high‑value merchandise, and reliable punctuality.
