Swatch Group seeks a Part-Time Keyholder at its Millenia mall location in Orlando, FL to manage store operations and lead a sales team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage store operations during assigned shifts, including opening and closing procedures and security protocols
- Supervise and mentor part-time sales staff, ensuring adherence to customer service standards and brand guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock rotation, merchandising, and visual displays
- Handle cash management and point-of-sale operations with accuracy and integrity
- Serve as primary liaison between management and floor team, communicating policy changes and operational priorities
Qualifications
- Proven retail management or supervisory experience in a luxury or watch retail environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic inventory management tools
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or keyholder capacity within a luxury retail setting or watch specialty retailer.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; retail management certification or ongoing professional development preferred.
