Swatch Part-Time Keyholder position in SOHO, New York. Join our flagship boutique and drive retail excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and key management
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge on Swatch collections
- Manage store inventory and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Train and mentor other sales associates on service excellence and product features
- Support the Store Manager in daily operations and problem-solving
Qualifications
- Ability to handle cash and manage store keys responsibly
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for watches and design
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends
Skills
Experience
Retail experience preferred, preferably in a luxury watch or fashion retail environment. Proven ability to manage store operations and lead a small team.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail certification a plus.
