Role & Responsibilities
- Assume keyholder duties including opening and closing the boutique, securing premises and performing end‑of‑day cash reconciliations.
- Supervise and mentor sales associates during assigned shifts to ensure exceptional client service and adherence to brand standards.
- Drive sales performance through active clienteling, product demonstrations and effective upselling of watches and accessories.
