Swatch seeks a Part-Time Keyholder at King of Prussia. Retail store operations and security responsibilities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Open and close the store in accordance with Swatch operational procedures and security protocols
- Maintain store security by managing access, alarm systems, and key controls
- Oversee cash handling and point-of-sale operations during assigned shifts
- Assist with visual merchandising and store organization to maintain brand standards
- Support the store team in delivering exceptional customer service and sales performance
- Complete opening and closing checklists and document any store incidents or discrepancies
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience
- Demonstrated reliability and trustworthiness for key holder responsibilities
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends as required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems preferred
