Role & Responsibilities
- Execute opening and closing procedures, including security protocols and cash handling
- Support retail sales associates and assist customers with product inquiries
- Monitor store operations and enforce loss prevention standards
- Perform routine store maintenance and visual merchandising support
- Respond to emergency situations and report irregularities to management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience required
