Swatch is seeking a part-time Retail Keyholder for its Ala Moana location to join the Retail Sales Team. The role combines professional sales coaching, customer service excellence, and technical product knowledge of Swatch's watch collections. This position is structured with a base-plus-commission compensation model designed to reward motivated and knowledgeable retail professionals who consistently exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, professional, and personable manner
• Provide exceptional service and build lasting customer relationships through deep product knowledge and strategic selection guidance
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales goals through disciplined sales techniques and customer engagement
• Perform merchandising tasks including stock replenishment, visual display creation, and store organization
• Maintain store environment cleanliness and upkeep standards
• Demonstrate flexibility and sound judgment in multi-tasking situations within a fast-paced retail environment

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of demonstrated experience in a Keyholder or lead sales position
• Superior customer service delivery and brand advocacy capabilities
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as a team player in a fast-paced, energetic environment
• Proven goal-setting and achievement capabilities

Skills

Experience

3–5 years in a Keyholder or lead sales position within retail or luxury consumer goods environments.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
