Part-Time Keyholder position at Swatch Ala Moana, Honolulu HI. Manage store operations, staff, and guest experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Open and close the store in compliance with company procedures and security protocols
- Supervise store staff and ensure exceptional customer service delivery during assigned shifts
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and product displays reflecting Swatch's creative brand identity
- Monitor cash handling and point-of-sale operations; reconcile daily transactions
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve retail concerns with professionalism and product knowledge
- Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage store operations and staff supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
