Role & Responsibilities

  • Open and close the store in compliance with company procedures and security protocols
  • Supervise store staff and ensure exceptional customer service delivery during assigned shifts
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and product displays reflecting Swatch's creative brand identity
  • Monitor cash handling and point-of-sale operations; reconcile daily transactions
