Swatch Part-Time Keyholder position at Roosevelt Field in Garden City, NY. Retail supervisory role with store operations and team leadership responsibilities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Open and close the store in accordance with Swatch operational procedures and security protocols
- Manage inventory counts, stock rotation, and merchandise replenishment to maintain visual presentation standards
- Train and supervise junior sales associates on product knowledge, customer service, and brand positioning
- Ensure point-of-sale transactions are processed accurately and cash handling procedures are followed
- Monitor and enforce health, safety, and security compliance within the store environment
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues to uphold the Swatch brand experience
- Prepare daily sales reports and communicate operational concerns to store management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven retail experience in a supervisory or key holder capacity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications
- Proficiency in inventory management and stock control
- Physical ability to lift merchandise and work flexible retail hours
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory, key holder, or assistant manager role. Prior experience with luxury watches or fashion accessories is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate required.
