Role & Responsibilities
- Open and close the retail location, ensuring security protocols and cash handling procedures are executed accurately
- Supervise part-time and full-time team members during assigned shifts, providing direction and support
- Manage cash reconciliation, deposits, and financial transactions in compliance with company standards
- Monitor inventory levels, merchandise presentation, and visual merchandising standards
