Swatch seeks a Part Time Keyholder in Charlotte, NC (SouthPark) to support store operations, client service and visual merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Open and close the boutique as a designated keyholder, ensuring security procedures and cash reconciliation are completed accurately.
- Deliver outstanding client service and proactive clienteling to build repeat business and meet sales targets.
- Supervise and support sales staff in the absence of the store manager, providing coaching and direction during shifts.
- Execute visual merchandising standards, maintain inventory accuracy and support replenishment and stockroom organisation.
- Operate the POS system, process transactions, returns and exchanges, and ensure compliance with company policies and loss‑prevention procedures.
- Assist with local store administrative tasks including staff scheduling, shift handovers and basic reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of retail sales experience; prior experience as a keyholder or in a supervisory retail role preferred.
- Proven ability to deliver premium client service in a luxury or lifestyle retail environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and peak shopping periods.
- Trustworthy with demonstrated experience in cash handling and store security procedures.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
Preferably 1+ year of retail sales experience with at least some responsibility for opening/closing or supervisory tasks; experience in luxury, watches, jewellery or premium lifestyle retail strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
