Swatch seeks a Part-Time Keyholder in Canoga Park, CA. Retail operations and customer service role with key-holding duties.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain store security by opening and closing the location with responsibility for keys, alarm systems, and cash handling
- Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to drive boutique revenue
- Support the store manager in daily operations and staff supervision when required
- Ensure compliance with Swatch Group merchandising standards and visual display guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail or customer service experience
- Demonstrated reliability and trustworthiness for key-holding responsibilities
