Swatch seeks a Part-Time Keyholder in Canoga Park (Topanga), CA to lead store operations, sales and client service at its retail location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assume keyholder duties including opening and closing the store and securing premises.
- Lead the sales floor in the absence of the store manager: coach staff, allocate shifts and maintain operational standards.
- Deliver exceptional clienteling and after-sales service to cultivate loyalty among high-value customers.
- Handle cash procedures, reconcile tills and supervise point-of-sale transactions with rigorous accuracy.
- Execute visual merchandising and inventory controls to uphold brand presentation and minimize shrinkage.
- Support store targets through active selling, floor management and local promotional execution.
Qualifications
- Proven prior experience as a keyholder, assistant supervisor or senior sales associate in retail (preferably watches, jewelry or luxury accessories).
- Demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop front-line sales personnel.
- Strong numeracy and proven cash handling / POS reconciliation experience.
- Availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
- Authorized to work in the United States.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of retail experience with at least some supervisory or keyholder responsibility; prior exposure to watches, jewelry or premium luxury retail is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in retail, hospitality or visual merchandising is advantageous.
