Swatch is hiring a Part‑Time Keyholder at Mall of America, Bloomington, MN — lead opening/closing shifts and support boutique retail operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Open and close the Mall of America boutique, ensuring security procedures and cash reconciliation are completed accurately.
- Supervise and coach part‑time sales staff during shifts to deliver elevated client experiences and achieve daily sales targets.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale system, process transactions, manage returns and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Implement and maintain Swatch brand visual merchandising and presentation standards on the salesfloor.
- Manage stock intake, floor replenishment and conduct regular inventory checks; escalate shrinkage or discrepancies.
- Enforce loss‑prevention protocols and ensure compliance with health, safety and store policies.
- Act as first point of escalation for client issues, liaising with the Store Manager and district leadership as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years retail experience, with at least 1 year in a keyholder or supervisory capacity preferred.
- Previous experience in watches, jewelry or luxury retail is strongly preferred.
- Proven cash handling and point‑of‑sale experience; reliable record of accurate till reconciliation.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holiday periods; ability to work part‑time hours that match mall trading patterns.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer‑centric approach and polished presentation.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
