Swatch seeks a Part-Time Keyholder in Aventura, FL to lead shifts, manage openings/closings and deliver premium client service at Aventura Mall.
Role & Responsibilities
- Open and close the boutique, assume keyholder responsibilities and ensure secure handling of store keys and alarm systems.
- Lead shifts in the absence of the store manager: delegate tasks, maintain service levels and drive sales performance.
- Deliver personalised clienteling: build relationships, follow up on leads and convert appointments into sales.
- Perform cash handling and daily cash reconciliation in accordance with company procedures.
- Receive merchandise, execute stock replenishment and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Uphold visual merchandising and brand presentation standards for product displays and store ambience.
- Enforce loss-prevention protocols and maintain a secure retail environment.
- Support onboarding and informal coaching of sales colleagues to elevate product knowledge and selling techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant retail or customer-service certification is a plus.
- Proven retail experience, preferably 1–3 years in watches, jewelry, or luxury retail; prior keyholder or supervisory experience preferred.
- Demonstrable ability to perform cash handling, POS transactions and end-of-day reconciliation accurately.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holiday trading periods.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, service-oriented approach to high-net-worth and walk-in clientele.
- Authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
Minimum of 1–3 years of retail experience, ideally within watches, jewelry or premium fashion; prior keyholder or supervisory duties preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in business, hospitality or retail management is advantageous.
