Role & Responsibilities
- Support retail store opening and closing procedures
- Assist with cash handling and store security
- Supervise floor activities and assist sales associates during assigned shifts
- Maintain store visual standards and product displays
- Support inventory management and stock organization
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably in luxury or watch retail
- Strong knowledge of Swatch products and brand values
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Reliability and ability to work independently

Experience
Previous retail or customer-facing experience required, with familiarity in a luxury goods environment preferred.
