Role & Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging learning content across multiple formats (e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, videos, interactive resources)
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical and brand knowledge into accessible instructional materials
- Support the strategic objectives of the Learning & Development department by creating content aligned with Swatch's values and vision
- Ensure instructional design best practices and pedagogical principles are applied to all learning materials
- Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to inform content strategy
Qualifications
- Expertise in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and authoring tools
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Experience developing digital and traditional training content
Skills
Experience
Proven experience in learning content design, training development, or instructional design within a corporate environment or educational institution.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
