Swatch seeks a Learning Content Designer in Biel to create innovative training experiences for its global team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative learning content and programs aligned with Swatch's brand values and organizational objectives
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs and translate them into engaging experiences
- Produce multimedia training materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and interactive content
- Manage the full instructional design lifecycle from analysis through evaluation and iteration
- Support the continuous evolution of the learning and development curriculum
Qualifications
- Expertise in learning experience design and content creation
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and authoring tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate complex concepts into compelling learning narratives
- Project management and organizational capabilities
Skills
Experience
Experience in instructional design, learning content creation, or training program development within a corporate or luxury environment is preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, human resources, communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
