Swatch seeks a Learning Content Designer in Biel to create innovative training experiences for its global team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and develop innovative learning content and programs aligned with Swatch's brand values and organizational objectives
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs and translate them into engaging experiences
  • Produce multimedia training materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and interactive content
  • Manage the full instructional design lifecycle from analysis through evaluation and iteration
  • Support the continuous evolution of the learning and development curriculum
