Swatch Keyholder position in Tampa, FL—lead retail operations and manage store security with this full-time supervisory role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage store opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and security protocols
  • Supervise and mentor retail sales associates during assigned shifts
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and loss prevention initiatives
  • Monitor and optimize inventory levels, conducting regular stocktakes and merchandising updates
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining company brand standards
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and discretion
  • Collaborate with Store Manager on performance targets and operational improvements

Qualifications
