Swatch Keyholder position in Tampa, FL—lead retail operations and manage store security with this full-time supervisory role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage store opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and security protocols
- Supervise and mentor retail sales associates during assigned shifts
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and loss prevention initiatives
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels, conducting regular stocktakes and merchandising updates
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining company brand standards
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and discretion
- Collaborate with Store Manager on performance targets and operational improvements
- Train new team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and service protocols
Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail operations or supervisory experience, preferably in luxury watch retail
- Strong cash handling and point-of-sale system proficiency
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of Swatch Group brands and watch products preferred

2-3 years of supervisory or operations experience in retail, preferably luxury goods or watches
Education
