Swatch seeks a Full-Time Keyholder in Green Hills, Nashville — lead boutique operations, customer service and opening/closing responsibilities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Open and close the boutique according to company procedures, assume keyholder responsibilities and ensure security of premises and cash.
- Lead the sales floor during assigned shifts: coach and motivate the team, manage staffing and maintain service standards.
- Deliver exceptional client service and clienteling to cultivate repeat business and build long-term relationships with customers.
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and accurate cash handling, including end-of-day reconciliations and deposit preparation.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, product presentation and stock replenishment to brand guidelines.
- Support inventory management activities, including receiving, stock counts and shrinkage prevention measures.
- Act as first point of escalation in the store for operational issues, liaising with the store manager and corporate departments as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of retail experience, preferably in watches, jewelry or fashion; prior keyholder or supervisory experience highly desirable.
- Proven track record of high-level customer service and client relationship development.
- Demonstrable reliability and integrity with experience in cash handling and loss-prevention procedures.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and holiday periods.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
Typically 1–2 years of retail sales experience, with preference for candidates who have held keyholder or first-line supervisory responsibilities in a boutique or high-volume retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
