Swatch seeks a Full‑Time Keyholder in Tampa, FL (Intl. Plaza & Bay Street) to manage store operations, client service and staff supervision.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute opening and closing procedures, including safe and cash management, and assume responsibility for store security in the absence of management.
  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and cultivate long-term customer relationships through proactive clienteling.
  • Support daily sales operations to achieve store KPIs and contribute to merchandising and promotional execution.
  • Supervise and coach sales staff during shifts, ensuring adherence to brand standards, visual merchandising and operational policies.
  • Manage inventory processes, receive and reconcile deliveries, and assist with stock control and loss-prevention measures.
  • Maintain premium presentation of the boutique, implementing seasonal floor moves and ensuring product knowledge among the team.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail experience, preferably within watches, jewelry, or luxury accessories; prior keyholder or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong numerical literacy and demonstrated cash-handling reliability.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-focused, consultative sales approach.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and holiday trading periods.
  • High standard of personal presentation and meticulous attention to visual and operational detail.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of retail experience, ideally within luxury goods or watch/jewelry retail; prior experience as a keyholder, team lead or assistant manager is highly desirable.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail or hospitality qualifications advantageous.
