Role & Responsibilities
- Open and close the boutique, including responsibility for safe and cash management and end-of-day reconciliation.
- Supervise and coach on-floor staff during assigned shifts to deliver exceptional client service and meet sales targets.
- Drive sales through active clienteling, product knowledge, and upselling of watches and accessories.
- Ensure merchandise presentation and visual standards are maintained in line with brand guidelines.
- Manage inventory procedures, assist with stock audits, and support loss-prevention protocols.
- Resolve client enquiries and complaints professionally, escalating complex matters to management when necessary.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and informal training of sales advisors; lead by example on shift.
- Coordinate with hotel and corporate teams on operational matters specific to the NY NY Hotel boutique.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years retail experience with at least some supervisory or keyholder responsibilities; luxury or watch retail experience preferred.
- Proven cash-handling and point-of-sale (POS) management experience.
