Swatch seeks experienced Retail Keyholder (part-time) in San Diego with 3–5 years lead sales experience. $20–$22/hr plus commission.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a timely, professional and personable manner and engage them in the Swatch brand culture
- Utilize comprehensive product knowledge to provide exceptional service, build lasting customer relationships, and facilitate informed purchasing decisions
- Reach and exceed individual sales goals through motivated, knowledgeable retail sales techniques
- Perform merchandising tasks including stock replenishment, visual display design, and maintenance of store organization and cleanliness
- Demonstrate initiative and sound judgment in multi-tasking within a fast-paced, energetic retail environment
- Support team dynamics and collaborate effectively with colleagues to optimize store performance
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of demonstrated experience in a keyholder or lead sales position
- Proven track record of delivering superior service and achieving or exceeding sales objectives
