Swatch is hiring a Part-time Keyholder for Green Hills, Nashville, TN. Apply to lead the sales floor and deliver premium client service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute store opening and closing procedures and assume keyholder responsibilities for the Green Hills boutique.
  • Lead the sales floor during assigned shifts: coach the team, allocate tasks and maintain service standards to drive ticket and conversion.
  • Deliver high-touch customer service and personalised client experiences, handling escalations and building long-term client relationships.
  • Perform cash handling, reconcile POS transactions and ensure adherence to company cash-control policies.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, stock presentation and orderly sales floor; support stock replenishment and inventory counts.
  • Support loss-prevention measures and ensure compliance with brand and safety procedures.
  • Assist management with basic administrative tasks, sales reporting and onboarding of new sales associates as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience, ideally within premium or fashion retail.
  • Prior responsibility as a keyholder, team lead or acting supervisor preferred.
  • Strong numeracy and reliable cash-handling record.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak trading periods.
  • Professional presentation and a client-centric demeanour.

Experience
