Role & Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Use product knowledge and product selection to deliver exceptional service and build customer relationships.
• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Show initiative and exercise sound judgment in all situations.
• Manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Carry out merchandising tasks, including stock replenishment, visual displays, and maintaining the store’s organization and cleanliness.
• Engage customers with the SWATCH brand culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a keyholder or lead sales position.
• Driven to deliver superior customer service.
• Able to work effectively as a team member in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
• Able to plan, set, and achieve goals.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17.50 to USD 19.50 per hour.
