Swatch is hiring part-time Keyholders across the New York Metro Area, with openings in SoHo, Times Square, the World Trade Center and potentially other NYC locations. The role combines customer service, sales, merchandising and store upkeep, with an hourly base rate of $19–$23 plus commission when store goals are met.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally.
- Use product knowledge and product selection to provide exceptional service and build customer relationships.
- Meet and exceed sales goals and objectives.
- Use initiative and sound judgment in all situations.
- Manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Perform merchandising duties, including stock replenishment, visual displays, and maintaining store organization and cleanliness.
- Engage customers with the Swatch brand culture.
- Support store operations and contribute as a team member in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Two years of experience in a keyholder or lead sales position.
- Retail sales experience and a keyholder background.
- Deliver superior customer service with an approachable manner.
- Ability to meet or exceed sales objectives.
- Strong interest in learning about Swatch timepieces.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
- Ability to plan, set, and achieve goals.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
