Swatch seeks a full-time Keyholder at Times Square, New York for retail operations and team leadership.
Role & Responsibilities
- Open and close the retail location, including security protocols and cash management
- Supervise and mentor sales associates during assigned shifts
- Manage point-of-sale systems and reconcile daily transactions
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store appearance
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security policies
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues
- Conduct inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of retail or customer service experience
- Proven supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong cash handling and basic accounting skills
- Knowledge of retail POS systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of retail experience, with preferably 1 year in a supervisory or keyholder capacity. Experience in luxury watch retail or high-end watch and jewelry environments is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail management certification or training is preferred.
