Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with Swatch Group standards
  • Manage cash handling, register operations, and financial reconciliation
  • Lead and supervise retail staff during shifts
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness
  • Serve as primary customer service authority and handle escalated inquiries
  • Open and close store procedures, including alarm systems and security protocols

Qualifications

  • Previous retail or hospitality management experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
