Swatch Keyholder position in SOHO, New York; lead retail operations and staff for premium watch brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with Swatch Group standards
- Manage cash handling, register operations, and financial reconciliation
- Lead and supervise retail staff during shifts
- Ensure visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness
- Serve as primary customer service authority and handle escalated inquiries
- Open and close store procedures, including alarm systems and security protocols
Qualifications
- Previous retail or hospitality management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage cash and financial transactions
- Knowledge of retail inventory systems and point-of-sale technology

Experience
2+ years of retail management or supervisory experience in a luxury or multi-brand retail environment
Education
