Swatch is seeking a full-time Keyholder for its Green Hills location in Nashville. The role combines customer service and sales with store merchandising, replenishment, visual displays, and upkeep, and requires two years of experience in a keyholder or lead sales position. Compensation comprises base pay plus commission.

Role & Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly, professionally, and warmly.
• Use product knowledge and product selection to deliver exceptional service and build customer relationships.
• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Act as a self-starter and exercise sound judgment in all situations.
• Manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Complete merchandising duties, including stock replenishment, visual displays, and maintaining store organization and cleanliness.
• Engage customers with the Swatch brand culture.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a keyholder or lead sales position.
• A strong commitment to delivering superior customer service.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
• Ability to plan, set, and achieve goals.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Retail sales experience and a keyholder background.
