Swatch Group seeks full-time Keyholder in Las Vegas for store operations, cash management, and team supervision.
Role & Responsibilities
- Open and close the store following established security and operational procedures
- Supervise sales associates and provide guidance on product knowledge and customer service in the Store Manager's absence
- Manage cash handling, point-of-sale reconciliation, and deposit procedures
- Maintain store security, including alarm systems and surveillance protocols
- Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with stock replenishment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and visual merchandising standards
- Train and develop team members on sales techniques and brand values
Qualifications
- Proven retail management or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated cash handling and reconciliation proficiency
- Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and loss prevention
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of retail experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or keyholder capacity, preferably in luxury retail or watch sales.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management certification or training is advantageous.
