Role & Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Use product knowledge and product selection to deliver exceptional service and build customer relationships.
• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Use sound judgment and take initiative in all situations.
• Manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Perform merchandising tasks, including stock replenishment, visual displays, and maintaining store organization and cleanliness.
• Engage customers with the SWATCH brand culture.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a keyholder or lead sales position.
• A strong commitment to delivering superior customer service.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
• Ability to plan, set, and achieve goals.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales objectives.
• Approachable manner and strong desire to learn about timepieces.

Skills

Experience

Two years in a keyholder or lead sales position; retail sales experience.
