Swatch is seeking a part-time Keyholder for its Galleria store in Houston. The role focuses on customer service, sales goals, product knowledge, merchandising, and maintaining the store environment; compensation includes base pay plus commission.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly, professionally, and personably.
- Use product knowledge and selection to deliver exceptional service and build customer relationships.
- Meet and exceed sales goals.
- Show initiative and exercise good judgment in all situations.
- Manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Carry out merchandising tasks, including stock replenishment, visual displays, and maintaining the store's organization and cleanliness.

- Two years of experience in a keyholder or lead sales position.
