Role & Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a timely, professional, and approachable manner while embodying Swatch brand values and culture
• Leverage comprehensive product knowledge to provide expert guidance, build customer relationships, and drive sales performance toward and beyond established targets
• Lead and mentor a small retail team, modeling exceptional service standards and fostering a collaborative, energetic working environment
• Execute visual merchandising initiatives, including stock replenishment, display design, and maintenance of store organization and cleanliness
• Independently evaluate situations and exercise sound judgment in resolving customer concerns and operational challenges
• Maintain accountability for daily store operations, cash reconciliation, and compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leadership in fast-paced retail environments with demonstrated ability to mentor and motivate team members
• Strong product knowledge of Swiss watchmaking and the Swatch brand aesthetic, values, and design philosophy
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and operate effectively with strong judgment in complex situations
• Exceptional customer service orientation with commitment to delivering superior, personalized experiences
• Proficiency in retail management systems, point-of-sale platforms, and basic computer literacy

Skills

Experience

Minimum two years of professional experience in a Keyholder, lead sales, or supervisory retail position, preferably in the luxury watches or fashion sectors. Demonstrated success in exceeding sales objectives and building long-term customer relationships.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management training or certifications are advantageous.
