Swatch Group seeks an experienced Keyholder for its SouthPark retail location in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in opening and closing store operations, including cash reconciliation and security procedures
- Supervise and support part-time sales associates during shifts
- Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and inventory accuracy
- Handle customer inquiries and facilitate premium watch sales
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and operational guidelines
Qualifications
- Proven retail or hospitality supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Knowledge of luxury watches or high-end retail environment preferred
