Swatch Group seeks a Full-Time Keyholder for the SouthPark boutique in Charlotte, NC to manage daily store operations and lead retail staff.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage store operations and maintain visual merchandising standards during assigned shifts
- Supervise retail staff and ensure exceptional customer service delivery
- Process transactions and handle cash management with accuracy
- Monitor inventory levels and execute stock replenishment procedures
- Open and close the store following established security and operational protocols
- Prepare daily sales reports and reconcile cash registers
- Lead by example in embodying the brand's service philosophy
Qualifications
- Proven retail management or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Reliability and strong work ethic
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Minimum 2–3 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or keyholder capacity within a specialty or luxury retail environment
