Swatch Group seeks a full-time Keyholder at its SouthPark retail location in Charlotte, NC to manage store operations and lead customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Open and close the retail store according to company protocols and security procedures
- Manage opening and closing cash procedures, including register reconciliation and deposit preparation
- Oversee merchandise presentation, visual displays, and adherence to Swatch Group standards
- Supervise and support junior team members during assigned shifts
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Implement inventory management procedures and participate in stock counts
- Ensure customer service excellence and address customer inquiries or concerns
- Monitor store security, alarm systems, and access control measures
- Communicate operational issues or maintenance needs to store management
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and promoting Swatch Group product lines
Qualifications
- Proven retail or hospitality experience in a supervisory or senior associate capacity
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to lead and motivate team members
- Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail management software
- Customer service orientation and problem-solving capability
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Experience
2-4 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory, lead, or keyholder capacity within a luxury or multi-brand retail environment
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management training or certification is preferred
