Swatch Keyholder position in Canoga Park, CA. Lead retail operations and manage a sales team at this luxury watch brand boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across all store operations
- Supervise and lead a team of sales associates during assigned shifts
- Manage opening and closing routines, including cash handling and security protocols
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with merchandising team on stock replenishment
- Drive sales performance and customer satisfaction through team coaching and engagement

Qualifications
