Swatch Keyholder position at Mall of America in Bloomington, MN. Lead retail operations and sales team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist store management in overseeing daily retail operations and ensuring compliance with company standards
- Lead and supervise sales associates on assigned shifts, providing coaching and performance feedback
- Maintain store security and responsibility for opening and closing procedures
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are upheld throughout the sales floor
- Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with stock replenishment and product displays
- Deliver elevated customer service and drive sales performance
- Train team members on product knowledge, brand values, and sales techniques
Qualifications
- Proven retail leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment

Experience
