Swatch Group hiring Keyholder in Austin, TX. Full-time retail management role with shift leadership and operational responsibilities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Open and close the store following established protocols and security procedures
- Supervise and support sales associates during assigned shifts
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Process transactions and manage point-of-sale systems accurately
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock rotation and replenishment
- Ensure compliance with company loss prevention and security policies
- Respond to customer inquiries and address service concerns professionally
- Train and mentor junior staff members on store procedures and customer service standards
Qualifications
- Proven retail or hospitality management experience
- Strong knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate team members
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Professional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 25 pounds
