Role & Responsibilities

  • Open and close the store following established protocols and security procedures
  • Supervise and support sales associates during assigned shifts
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
  • Process transactions and manage point-of-sale systems accurately
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock rotation and replenishment
  • Ensure compliance with company loss prevention and security policies
  • Respond to customer inquiries and address service concerns professionally
  • Train and mentor junior staff members on store procedures and customer service standards

Qualifications
