Swatch is seeking an Inventory and Customer Care Coordinator in Richmond, Victoria, to support retail, ecommerce and wholesale channels across Australia and New Zealand. The role combines inventory management, customer care, ecommerce operations and wholesale support, working with local teams and Swatch headquarters in Switzerland.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage Swatch and Flik Flak inventory across retail, ecommerce, wholesale and logistics.
  • Coordinate stock orders, replenishment, allocations and store transfers.
  • Support new product launches, product setup, pricing and stock availability.
  • Monitor best-selling, slow-moving and discontinued inventory and recommend actions.
  • Provide customer care to customers in Australia and New Zealand by phone and email.
  • Manage customer returns, warranties, replacements and accessory requests.
  • Support ecommerce operations, including backorders, personalised orders and delivery enquiries.
  • Manage the Swatch and Flik Flak product range for wholesale distribution.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years’ experience in business, sales analysis, retail or customer service.
  • A tertiary qualification in Business or a related discipline is advantageous.

Experience
